Car Booking
  1. Bookings can be made at least 24 hrs, prior to pick-up time.
  2. All interstate taxes, permit fee , parking & tolls etc. will be charged extra to the customer on actual basis.
  3. Where the vehicle is detained by the customer beyond the date & time up OR destination for which the customer has made an online booking, the customer will be charged extra at the rate of minimum of 225 kms per day depending upon the category of the car used.Customers are expected to confirm the per Km charges of the vehicle being so detained prior to detaining such vehicle and no representation in this respect shall entertained later.In event where the customer wishes to detain the vehicle beyondthe date & time up OR destination for which the customer has made an online booking,the customer shall have to deposit charges for 225 Kms in advance for achday.Company reserves the right to refuse the customers request for detaining of vehicle beyond the date & time up OR destination for which the customer has made an online booking.
  4. In case of Airport -Delhi NCRbookings , where the chauffer is retained beyond 10 pm , chauffer retention charges shall be paid by the customer as applicable from time to time.
  5. In case of Airport –Punjab bookings , where the chauffer is retained beyond 10 pm , chauffer retention charges shall be paid by the customer @Rs 600/-.
  6. A fraction of an hour will be charged as one hour.
  7. A fraction of a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.
  8. Waytopunjab.com liabilityis limited to refund of the booking amount charged against the particular booking only.
  9. All cars are comprehensively insured including 3rd party cover. Claims if any will be settled as per existing laws in India by the concerned insurance company.
  10. The customer has to produce a front copy of the credit card/debit card duly signed by the credit/debit card holder, at the time of commencement of journey
  11. In the event of any breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided to the customer without any extra charges. Although, Waytopunjab.com shall try to provide the customer with replacement vehicle of same category, however, the replacement car may vary according to the availability under circumstances and no claims regarding the replacement vehicle shall be entertained under any circumstances.
  12. It would be the duty of the customer to ensure that he does not carry any unlawful items in the baggage.The customer would be required to sign a declaration to this effect before boarding a vehicle.In event of any wrong declaration the customer shall be liable for all subsequent statutory liabilities that may arise owing to such wrong declaration.
Bus Seat Booking
  1. Bookings can be made at least 24 hrs, prior to pick-up time.
  2. In event of any delay owing to circumstances not under exclusive control of the company like traffic jams, fog etc. ,Waytopunjab.com liability shall be limited to refund of the booking amount charged against the particular transaction.
  3. All buses are comprehensively insured including 3rd party cover. Claims if any will be settled as per existing laws in India by the concerned insurance company.
  4. The customer has to produce a front copy of the credit card/debit card duly signed by the credit/debit card holder, at the time of commencement of journey.
  5. In the event of any breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided to the customer without any extra charges. Though every effort shall be made by company to ensure the quality of replacement vehicle,yet , the quality of replacement bus may vary according to the availability under circumstances and no claims regarding the replacement vehicle shall be entertained under any circumstances.
  6. Customers shall be required to report at least 15 minutes prior to expected time of departure.No claim for refunds shall be entertained if the customer misses the bus owing to his/her delay in arrival to the pickup point.
  7. It would be the duty of the customer to ensure that he does not carry any unlawful items in the baggage.The customer would be required to sign a declaration to this effect.
  8. Customers are recommended to book their tickets online at the online prices only.Company shall not be liable if any agents charge any amount over and above the prices of tickets offered by the company through its website Waytopunjab.com
Cancellation Policy – Bus Seat Booking & Car Booking
  1. Cancellation more than 24 hours before travel - 15% of the fare will be charged
  2. Cancellation within 12-24 hours before travel - 75% of the fare will be charged
  3. Cancellation within 12 hours before travel - No refund
