Car Booking-Online


1. What is included in the price I pay for a car booking?
The price paid covers service tax. All state taxes & tolls are paid by yourself as required.

2. What is the difference between Outstation and Local Usage?
Local

Airport Transfer – Delhi is valid for booking a chauffeur driven car from and to Indira Ghandi International Airport to Delhi North, South, -East or West. This also includes Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon and major hotels in Delhi


Outstation
Airport Transfer – Punjab is valid for booking a chauffeur driven car to and from any of the following locations;

5. How can I book a complete package, which includes travel accomodation and sightseeing?

Bus Seat Booking-Online

6. Can I specify my seats on the bus at the time of booking?
At the moment we are unable to specify seats and therefore they are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

7. What is included in price of my ticket?
The inclusions vary route to route. . Please click on inclusions on the travel search results to see specific inclusions

8. Are tickets transferable?
No, tickets booked are not transferable. The ticket must be cancelled (using the Contact Us tab) and a new booking made. Passengers are required to produce their identity document at the time boarding the bus along with the e-ticket issued at the time of booking.

9. What happens if my flight is delayed?
If there is an inordinate delay in the arrival of flight you will be provided assistance by one of our Airport Executives. You will be given the option to book a chauffeur driven car or refunded the value of the ticket. The bus ticket value will be adjusted in the cost of hiring a car.

10. What if I have a complaint about your service?
Although it is our endeavour to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service we understand that occasionally this may not happen In the event of any dissatisfaction you can send us a feedback on the link http://waytopunjab.com/Feedback.aspx and our Customer Care Team will contact you to resolve any issues that may have arisen.

11. Will there be someone to great me at Delhi Airport?
Yes, we have a dedicated team of Airport Executives who shall meet you at the Airport and assist you on your onward journey. The contact details of our Airport Executives are printed on the e-ticket. Can I extend my journey beyond the drop point for which I have made online booking? In case of online bookings, we presently only offer a point-to-point service. Therefore, you will not be able to retain the vehicle past the destination. If you wish to retain the vehicle for a longer duration, we strongly recommend you to submit a query through the Send Enquiry link on the website.

12. Can I upgrade my car once I have made my booking?
You can upgrade your vehicle up to 48 hrs before pickup subject to availability. You will need to contact our Customer Care Team, who will be happy to assist.

13. Can I extend my journey beyond the drop point for which In case of online bookings?
In case of online bookings, we presently only offer a point-to-point service. Therefore, you will not be able to retain the vehicle past the destination. If you wish to retain the vehicle for a longer duration, we strongly recommend you to submit a query through the Send Enquiry link on the website.

14.What if my flight gets delayed ?
Please note that we have our Airport Executives at the Delhi Airport round the clock who keep latest information about the flight timings.Thus ,there is no chance that owing to delay in your flight arrival you might find any difficulty whatsoever,as we are always there available 24 hours at Delhi Airport to receive and greet you when you arrive.

15.What if I am not satisfied with the quality of vehicle provided to me ?
